The compact Raman spectrometer Pro from the EZRaman family combines state-of-the-art spectroscopy technology with an extremely compact and robust housing. The powerful CCD detector, cooled down to -60 °C, ensures precise spectral data with low signal noise - even with weak Raman signals, this feature proves to be decisive. As a result, the Raman spectrometer Pro enables highly sensitive analyses in various fields of application such as materials science, analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical quality control.

Equipped with flexibly selectable lasers (532 nm or 785 nm), the device adapts ideally to different sample types. The optionally available fiber optic laboratory sample head allows direct access to samples - whether liquids, solids or powdery materials - without time-consuming sample preparation. In addition, the RamanReader software included in the scope of delivery impresses with its user-friendliness and extensive evaluation options for routine and research applications.

Thanks to its compact size and versatility, the Raman spectrometer Pro is particularly suitable for mobile use and changing analysis locations. With additional accessories such as liquid cells, contact probes (e.g. WD3, WD10) and microscope adapters, the system can be adapted precisely to the respective requirements. It therefore reliably supports inline process controls, polymorphism studies or pharmaceutical drug analyses.

Overall, the Compact Raman spectrometer Pro an optimal combination of precision, flexibility and space savings - for laboratories, production environments and research facilities that want to implement sophisticated Raman analyses efficiently and reliably.

Flexible Raman spectroscopy in the laboratory and on-site

Due to its fiber-optic coupling, the compact Raman spectrometer Pro is particularly suited for measurement tasks where the sample cannot be positioned directly at the spectrometer. Using various probe heads and optical configurations, solids, liquids, and other materials can be analyzed directly at the measurement object.

The available excitation wavelengths of 532 nm and 785 nm allow adaptation to different samples and applications. While 532 nm offers high Raman efficiency, 785 nm is particularly suitable for materials where fluorescence at shorter excitation wavelengths can interfere with the measurement.

Mobile Raman microscopy with soliton positioning system

For spatially resolved Raman measurements directly on large or non-transportable objects, Soliton offers a specially developed mobile positioning solution for the Enwave Raman measuring head.

The measuring head is mounted on a precise XYZ translation stage and can be delicately positioned in three spatial directions using micrometer screws. The complete system is attached to a stable tripod via a quick-release plate, allowing it to be used flexibly directly at the measurement object.

In combination with suitable microscope objectives, Raman measurements with very small measurement spots and high spatial resolution are possible. This allows, for example, individual structures or material regions to be investigated without the need to place the sample into a stationary Raman microscope.

Advantages of the mobile system:

  • Precise XYZ positioning via micrometer screws
  • Raman measurements directly on the object
  • Use of microscope objectives
  • Small measurement spots and high spatial resolution
  • Quick setup via tripod and quick-release plate
  • Particularly suitable for large, sensitive, or non-transportable samples
  • Design and integration by Soliton
