Enwave Optronics develops compact Raman spectrometers for scientific, industrial, and analytical applications. The systems enable the rapid and non-contact identification and characterization of materials based on their characteristic Raman spectra.

The product portfolio includes compact Raman spectrometers for laboratory and in-field measurements as well as specialized systems for Raman analysis of gases. Thanks to different excitation wavelengths, measurement heads, and optical configurations, the systems can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of measurement tasks.

Mobile Raman microscopy – developed by Soliton

For Raman measurements on large, stationary, or hard-to-reach objects, Soliton has developed a mobile positioning solution for the Raman measurement heads from Enwave Optronics.

The Raman probe head is placed on a precise 3-axis adjustment table mounted, which enables precise positioning of the measurement optics in all three spatial directions via micrometer screws. The complete system sits on a sturdy tripod with a quick-release plate, allowing it to be used flexibly directly on the measurement object.

In combination with microscope objectives, the setup enables spatially resolved Raman measurements with microscopic measurement geometry, without the need to place the object under investigation into a stationary Raman microscope. This opens up interesting possibilities for research, material analysis, and industrial testing, particularly in the case of large, delicate, or non-transportable samples.
