High luminous intensity · Robust design with no moving parts · Response < 1 business day

The compact Raman spectrometer of the EZRaman series combines high performance with a particularly space-saving design. Thanks to its modern equipment, it is ideal for a wide range of applications in analytical chemistry, materials science, process monitoring and quality control. At its center is a cooled CCD detector that can be tempered down to -60 °C. This results in an exceptionally good signal. This results in an exceptionally good signal-to-noise ratio, even with weak Raman signals.

The system also scores with its highly permeable fiber optic probe technology. This makes it possible to analyze samples directly and without time-consuming preparation. The EZRaman devices are available with lasers with wavelengths of 532 nm or 785 nm, allowing them to be flexibly adapted to different requirements and materials. The high technical quality is complemented by intuitive software that supports both routine tasks and complex spectral analyses.

Users in laboratories, research facilities or industrial production benefit from the high measurement accuracy and versatility of this compact Raman spectrometer. It is particularly suitable for mobile use and for applications where space is at a premium. Optional accessories such as liquid cells, contact probes or microscope adapters further extend the range of applications.

Whether for material identification, in pharmaceutical analytics, or for mobile measurements directly on the object of investigation, the EZRaman series offers a powerful solution in a compact format. This makes it the ideal choice for anyone relying on reliable and flexible Raman spectroscopy.

Compact Raman analytics directly at the sample

Thanks to the fiber-optically connected measuring head, the Raman measurement can be performed directly on the object under investigation. In many applications, taking a sample or performing complex preparation is not necessary. This enables fast and non-destructive measurements both in the laboratory and directly on site.

The compact and robust design makes the EZRaman-N particularly interesting for changing measurement tasks and mobile applications. Depending on the sample, systems with 532 nm or 785 nm excitation wavelengths are available, allowing the Raman excitation to be adapted to different materials and fluorescence properties.

Mobile Raman microscopy with soliton positioning system

The EZRaman-N can be combined with the mobile 3D positioning system developed by Soliton. In this setup, the Raman measuring head is mounted on a precise XYZ positioning stage and aligned precisely with the measurement object using micrometers.

In combination with microscope objectives, the setup enables spatially resolved Raman measurements with small measurement spots directly on the test object. Due to its mounting on a sturdy tripod with a quick-release plate, the system is particularly suitable for large, sensitive, or non-transportable samples that cannot be examined in a traditional Raman microscope.

Typical applications

The EZRaman-N is suitable for a wide variety of tasks in research, analytics, and industrial quality control. Typical applications include:

  • Material identification and incoming goods inspection
  • Chemical and pharmaceutical analytics
  • Polymers and plastics
  • Mineralogy and Geology
  • Pigments and Coatings
