Technical features of the UV fiber laser CAREX
The UV fiber laser CAREX offers an output of up to 45 W at 343 nm and 80 W at 515 nm. The pulse durations are fully programmable in the range from 2 ns to 20 ns with a resolution of 1 ns. The maximum pulse energy is up to 450 µJ at 343 nm and up to 800 µJ at 515 nm. The excellent beam quality (M² < 1.2) is maintained over the entire frequency range up to 2.5 MHz. The combination of high peak power (up to 45 kW at 343 nm) and short pulse duration enables precise material processing with minimal thermal influence. The robust construction is designed for continuous operation and meets industrial standards such as HALT design and HASS certification.
