The vLite-Hi-532 Series from Beamtech Optronics is a family of high-frequency dual-pulse DPSS lasers for demanding Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV)-Applications. The systems are based on a continuously diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser with acousto-optic Q-switching technology and efficient frequency doubling to generate green laser pulses at 532nm. You achieve repetition rates of 1 to 30 kHz, pulse energies up to 12 mJ at 10 kHz as well as an average output power of up to 120 W.

The vLite-Hi-532 series utilizes a continuous diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser with acousto-optic Q-switching technology and efficient frequency doubling to generate high-frequency green laser pulses at 532 nm. The system is specifically designed for applications that combine high repetition rates with stable pulse energy.

With a continuously adjustable repetition rate of 1 to 30 kHz The series is particularly suitable for modern high-speed PIV systems. Compared to the vLite-Hi-527 series, it offers significantly higher repetition rates, making it especially suitable for time-resolved flow analyses and as a pump source for high-frequency Ti:Sapphire amplifiers.

The robust industrial design with standardized electrical interfaces simplifies integration into existing measurement and OEM systems. At the same time, the design allows for reliable 24/7 continuous operation.

  • Pulse energy 2 x 12 mJ at 10 kHz
  • Average output power 2 x 120 W at 10 kHz

All models operate at a wavelength of 532nm, feature an adjustable repetition rate of 1 to 30 kHz, an energy stability of < 1 % RMS as well as a dual-channel pulse output for demanding high-speed PIV applications.
