MANTECH systems automate sample preparation, dosing, measurement, titration, and evaluation. Depending on the configuration, multiple parameters can be determined from a sample and the results can be transmitted directly to existing laboratory information systems (LIMS).
Typical applications include the determination of pH, conductivity, alkalinity, hardness, chloride, fluoride, and ammonium, as well as automated BSB and CSB analysis. Intelligent rinsing procedures, precise liquid handling, and powerful software support reliable routine operation even with high sample rates.

MANTECH – Modular systems for efficient laboratory automation
The MANTECH portfolio includes different system platforms for automated laboratory analysis:
MT analysis systems: Modular titration and multiparameter systems for pH, conductivity, alkalinity and numerous other measurement variables. Depending on the configuration, they enable high sample throughput and largely unattended analyses.
BOD Pro: Automated systems for determining biochemical oxygen demand (BSB). They support sample preparation, dilution, oxygen measurement and evaluation, and reduce the manual effort involved in routine BSB analysis.
PeCOD: Photoelectrochemical analyzers for the rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand (CSB). The technology enables measurements without the highly dangerous reagents used in conventional dichromate methods.
The systems are complemented by the MANTECH Pro™ Software for central control, measurement data analysis, method management, and connection to laboratory information systems.
