Precise diode-pumped kHz lasers for industrial applications

The Q-switched diode-pumped kHz lasers from Advanced Optowave are available in Nd:YAG, Nd:YVO₄ and Nd:YLF versions. They cover wavelengths of 266 nm, 351 nm, 355 nm, 527 nm and 532 nm. Nd:YAG and Nd:YLF are ideal for higher single pulse energies at low repetition rates. Nd:YVO₄ is preferred for high average powers and high repetition rates.

Technical properties

Depending on the model, the power ranges from 0.5 W to 15 W. Models below 5 W work with efficient air cooling. All variants are optimized for easy integration into processing systems. The lasers are characterized by stable beam quality and long operating times.

Areas of application

Diode-pumped kHz lasers are suitable for precise micro material processing, marking and structuring of sensitive surfaces. In electronics production, they enable fine markings without thermal damage. In medical technology, they support high-precision processing steps under sterile conditions.

Advantages

The lasers offer a compact design, low maintenance and high efficiency. Several thousand devices are already in use in industrial production lines worldwide. The combination of different wavelengths and power ranges ensures maximum flexibility in process design.
