The AccuSizer 780 AD (Autodiluter) from Particle Sizing Systems has an automatic sample dilution system, which significantly reduces the effort involved in sample preparation. Particle measurement has never been so easy. It is sufficient to fill a few drops of the sample into the measuring container with a pipette and the AccuSizer 780 AD does the rest. The sample is automatically diluted until the system has reached the optimal concentration for the measuring process. Only then does the measurement start. The AccuSizer 780 AD is available with various options such as solvent-based measurement or a 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software package.
The AccuSizer SIS uses a measuring syringe to supply the sensor with a precisely defined sample quantity. The system was specially developed for pharmaceutical applications and supports USP 787, 788 and 789 test procedures and is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.
The SIS system provides very high resolution and sensitivity and has long played a crucial role in meeting standards in the production of pharmaceutical products.
The AccuSizer SIS from PSS can be equipped with one or two sensors and can reliably detect particles down to 150nm.
The AccuSizer APS has a two-stage, automatic diluter, which significantly increases the measurement accuracy with regard to large outlier particles.
Especially in the edge area of a distribution measurement curve, where the critical particle sizes are contained, the gain in accuracy and reproducibility can be of great importance.
The Accusizer APS is therefore ideal for USP 729 PFAT 5 measurements. The 21 CFR Part 11 package can be ordered as an option, as well as single or two-stage configurations or even solvent compatibility.
