The MTRS-25002 Automated Microtiter Raman System is an automated Raman analysis system for the rapid analysis of samples in Micro-well and microtiter plates. The system was specially developed for applications in Biotechnology, pharmaceutical research and process development where large numbers of samples need to be analyzed automatically.
In many biotechnological applications, samples are currently mainly analyzed using Absorbance or fluorescence measurements examined. However, these methods do not always provide sufficient molecular specificity. Raman Spectroscopy on the other hand, enables a direct Molecular identification and analysis of complex samples.
The automated microtiter Raman system MTRS-25002 enables the fast and reproducible acquisition of Raman spectra from microtiter plates and thus supports a significantly more efficient analysis in areas such as Bioreactor screening, drug development and biotechnological research.
Automated Raman analysis of microtiter plates
The system is designed for 96- and 384-well microtiter plates and can automatically measure all wells on a plate. This allows large sample quantities to be analyzed in a short time.
An integrated Raman spectrometer with high transmission ensures an excellent Signal-to-noise ratio, so that meaningful Raman spectra can be recorded with short integration times of less than two seconds.
Automated functions such as Background subtraction and database storage measurement data can be efficiently evaluated and further processed.
