Individual implementation
Implementation is always individual and geared towards your needs. As a rule, projects start with a concept-finding phase in which we present and discuss different solution approaches while the requirements are being concretized. In this phase, we advise you on the selection and suitability of concepts by comparing the expected properties, development costs, manufacturing costs, delivery times and tolerances.
We then detail a selected concept and optimize it in terms of optical performance and compliance with requirements. We use commercial calculation software such as Zemax OpticStudio which, depending on the task, is expanded to include our own evaluations and analyses. The result of this development phase is a complete optical design that is checked for manufacturability and tolerances. For more complex systems, we also develop an adjustment and testing strategy.

The completion of the optical design includes the preparation of the technical drawings for optical components and the overall system. This forms the basis for further integration and the design of mechanical enclosures.
