Individual implementation
Implementation is always individual and based on your needs. Projects usually start with a concept development phase in which we present and discuss different approaches to solutions while the requirements are simultaneously specified. In this phase, we advise you on the selection and suitability of concepts by comparing the expected properties, development effort, manufacturing costs, delivery times and tolerances.
We then detail a selected concept and optimize it in terms of optical performance and fulfillment of requirements. Commercial calculation software such as Zemax OpticStudio which is expanded to include its own evaluations and analyses depending on the task. The result of this development phase is a complete optical design that is tested for manufacturability and tolerances. For more complex systems, we also develop an adjustment and testing strategy.
