Material analysis laboratory

The Material analysis laboratory offers state-of-the-art technologies to precisely examine materials and analyze their composition and properties. With our advanced Raman spectrometers, we support both research and industrial applications. Whether you need detailed insights into your materials or fast results, we provide the right solution.

Raman spectroscopy: precise structural analysis in Material analysis laboratory

For the Raman Spectroscopy two state-of-the-art systems are available in our laboratory. On the one hand, we use a large laboratory system from Renishaw, which is also equipped with three different laser excitation wavelengths (532 nm, 632.8 nm and 785 nm). This system also impresses with its high transmission and outstanding spectral resolution, which can precisely analyze even complex materials. On the other hand, we also use a compact, fiber-coupled Raman spectrometer that enables rapid overview spectra with laser excitation at 532 nm.

Flexibility and reliability of Raman spectrometers

The Raman spectrometer from Renishaw offers exceptional flexibility and reliability. With the option of choosing between different excitation wavelengths, fluorescence effects can be specifically avoided. This allows the system to be optimally adapted to the specific material analysis. Even challenging samples can be analyzed precisely and non-destructively.

We invite you to have your samples analyzed without obligation. You can send your samples directly to us or visit our laboratory in Gilching near Munich. We will carry out the measurements together with you on site and explain the results to you in detail.

Compact Raman spectrometers for process applications

Our compact Raman devices from Enwave Optronics are specially designed for process applications. These systems enable reliable and efficient Raman analyses to be carried out after selecting the optimum excitation wavelength (532 nm or 785 nm). They are not only more cost-effective than larger laboratory systems, but also space-saving and easy to handle. This makes them ideal for use directly in production environments.
