ISS – Fluorescence spectrometers and time-resolved spectroscopy for research and analytics

ISS develops high-performance fluorescence spectrometers and systems for time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy. The portfolio includes solutions for fluorescence lifetime measurements in the time and frequency domains as well as highly sensitive photon-counting spectrometers for demanding scientific applications.

The modular design of the systems enables measurements of fluorescence intensity, spectra, polarization, and fluorescence lifetimes. Depending on the measurement task, various excitation sources, detectors, and sample configurations are available.

ISS1

ISS fluorescence spectrometers are used in biophysics, biochemistry, materials science, molecular biology, and physical chemistry, among other fields. Typical measurement tasks include fluorescence lifetimes, time-resolved spectra, fluorescence polarization and anisotropy, as well as kinetic studies and FRET applications.
