The Starrett VB300 is a compact, vertical tabletop profile projector (Shadowgraph) and offers a Powerful optical comparison and measurement solution for industrial quality control. Its 300 mm screen with precision cross lines and overlay clips makes it ideal for Fast optical measurement of small, lightweight components, such as pressed or plastic parts, electronic components or small turned parts.
Thanks to the precise X-Y travel (100 × 100 mm) and the High-quality 225 × 225 mm worktable components can be securely fixed and precisely measured. The integrated LED profile and surface lighting ensures particularly clear, sharp contours are displayed on the screen - even with complex shapes.
The VB300 can be equipped with various digital display systems such as MetLogix™ or Quadra-Chek® and is suitable for both Workshop and laboratory environments, where accuracy, repeatability and ease of use are required. Additional options such as Automatic edge detection or Overlay templates complete the measuring solution.
