The Starrett MVR 200 Manual Vision System is a compact, manual optical measuring device, ideal for fast and repeatable measurements as part of quality control. It is particularly suitable when Reliability and simple operation are in demand. The MVR 200 has a Stable granite base, a motorized Z-axis and precise linear rails for smooth, accurate movement.
The Metlogix™-M3 software provides a live video image of the workpiece as well as a variety of geometry tools and digital measurement values. The image can be scaled via zoom and measurements can be taken by simply touching the contour on the touchscreen.
With a maximum field of view (FOV) of 24 mm, parts up to 200 mm in length can be measured. The system can be optionally extended with telecentric lenses and additional accessories to cover even more flexible and precise measuring tasks.
