The high pressure homogenizers from PSI are characterized by over 20 years of practical experience. Thanks to the hydraulic cylinders used, the stroke volumes and thus the pressures in the shearing chamber are identical every time. Together with the lasered shearing chamber, this means that a very high level of reproducibility can be achieved.
Water cooling quickly establishes a temperature equilibrium during the production process, which keeps the physical properties of the sample constant. This also increases reproducibility.
All PSI High-pressure homogenizers are equipped with rollers so that they can be moved out of the laboratory when not in use. The surfaces meet laboratory requirements and are easy to clean and disinfect.
Compact Line
The models of the Compact Line are suitable for laboratory use up to pilot series. The three models PSI20, PSI 30 and PSI 40 differ primarily in their flow rate, which ranges from 20 L/h to 80 L/h. All models have a pressure of up to 2068 bar.
Power Line
The models of the Power Line are suitable for medium to large batches. The two models PSI 100 and PSI 200 differ in their flow rate, which ranges from 130 L/h to 241 L/h.
Infinity Line
The models of the Infinity Line are designed for particularly high throughputs and achieve flow rates of up to 550 L/h. The modular design allows multiple modules to be operated in parallel, serially, or in a hybrid configuration.
