Depending on the wavelength and configuration, available are high-speed and ultra-high-speed versions<\/strong> available.<\/p>\n In the ultra-high-speed configuration, for example at 532 nm, liquid crystal response times of \u2264 0.6 ms<\/strong> reached. Even at longer wavelengths, the system enables rapid phase changes while maintaining high phase stability.<\/p>\n The analog control thereby reduces the phase fluctuations that frequently occur in fast digital SLM systems and enables precise, continuous phase modulation.<\/p>\n With a Fill Factor of 97.2 %<\/strong> the SLM offers a high effective optical area. The diffraction efficiency can be achieved by an optional dielectric mirror coating<\/strong> be increased additionally.<\/p>\n Depending on the optical configuration, different AR coatings are available for the ranges 488\u2013850 nm, 500\u20131200 nm, and 850\u20131650 nm<\/strong> available. This allows the SLM to be adapted to visible as well as near-infrared laser sources.<\/p>\n The high phase stability makes the 1024 \u00d7 1024 SLM particularly interesting for applications where precise control of the optical wavefront is required.
