With near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR), chemical and physical properties of products can be recorded directly during production. This leads to optimized process control, higher product quality and reduced production costs.<\/p>\n<h2>Technical properties<\/h2>\n<p>The system is non-contact and non-destructive. Measurements are taken inline without interrupting the production flow. It is designed for various process environments and can be installed on conveyor belts, pipelines or reactors. The integrated software analyzes the spectra in real time and provides immediate feedback to the process control system.<\/p>\n<h2>Advantages of online NIR control<\/h2>\n<p>Continuous monitoring enables deviations to be detected quickly and corrections to be made immediately. This minimizes rejects and improves the consistency of product quality. In addition, production processes can be designed more efficiently as time-consuming laboratory analyses are reduced.<\/p>\n<h2>Areas of application<\/h2>\n<p>Online NIR inspection is used in food production, the chemical industry, the pharmaceutical industry and in agricultural technology.
