They were specifically developed for applications with cold and ultracold atoms, where low optical distortions, high transmission, and reliable vacuum properties are crucial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1731\">The cells are suitable, among other things, for <strong data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1692\">Magneto-Optical Traps (MOT), Bose-Einstein Condensates (BEC), optical tweezers, high-resolution imaging, and other experiments in atomic and quantum optics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1oqymvr\" data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1759\">High optical quality<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1957\">Infleqtion manufactures the glass cells using <strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1825\">Optical Contacting<\/strong>. This allows high optical flatness and high-quality AR coatings to be combined with the requirements of a UHV system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2245\">In the case of the High-NA Imaging Cells, a high parallelism of the large cell areas ensures low astigmatic aberrations. As a result, imaging and light projection through two cell areas with numerical apertures of up to <strong data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2198\">N\/A 0.7<\/strong> possible.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"ycoga1\" data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2287\">Different cell configurations<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2354\">Depending on the application, various designs are available:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2597\">\n<li data-section-id=\"oaj98n\" data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2444\"><strong data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2383\">High-NA Imaging Cells<\/strong> for high-resolution imaging and optical tweezer applications<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wqimve\" data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2519\"><strong data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2471\">2 cm AR-Coated Cells<\/strong> with interior and exterior AR-coated cell walls<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"oepkyg\" data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2597\"><strong data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2548\">2 cm Thin-Walled Cells<\/strong> as an economical, uncoated UHV variant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2826\">For the AR-coated cells, broadband coatings from <strong data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2689\">460 to 1070 nm<\/strong>, coatings tuned to Rb, Cs, and K, as well as customer-specific coatings are available.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"kzehyr\" data-start=\"2828\" data-end=\"2859\">UHV-compatible design<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"3080\">The cells are designed for high bakeout temperatures. Infleqtion uses in the corresponding designs <strong data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"3011\">no epoxies or glass frits<\/strong>, resulting in very good UHV and outgassing properties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3082\" data-end=\"3251\">Depending on the cell type, available options include <strong data-start=\"3119\" data-end=\"3154\">DN16-CF and DN40-CF connections<\/strong> available for
