The system was specially developed for applications in <strong>Biotechnology, pharmaceutical research and process development<\/strong> where large numbers of samples need to be analyzed automatically.<\/p>\n<p>In many biotechnological applications, samples are currently mainly analyzed using <strong>Absorbance or fluorescence measurements<\/strong> examined. However, these methods do not always provide sufficient molecular specificity. <strong>Raman Spectroscopy<\/strong> on the other hand, enables a direct <strong>Molecular identification and analysis of complex samples<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The automated microtiter Raman system <strong>MTRS-25002<\/strong> enables the fast and reproducible acquisition of Raman spectra from microtiter plates and thus supports a significantly more efficient analysis in areas such as <strong>Bioreactor screening, drug development and biotechnological research<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Automated Raman analysis of microtiter plates<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The system is designed for <strong>96- and 384-well microtiter plates<\/strong> and can automatically measure all wells on a plate. This allows large sample quantities to be analyzed in a short time.<\/p>\n<p>An integrated <strong>Raman spectrometer with high transmission<\/strong> ensures an excellent <strong>Signal-to-noise ratio<\/strong>, so that meaningful Raman spectra can be recorded with short integration times of less than two seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Automated functions such as <strong>Background subtraction and
