It combines spatially resolved image information with spectroscopic data, thereby enabling pixel-accurate physical-chemical analysis of products and materials directly in the ongoing process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The system works according to the <strong>push-broom principle<\/strong>, in which the field of view is captured line by line. Depending on the application, there are <strong>NIR and Vis-NIR configurations<\/strong> available. This allows the HSI\u2122 visus to be adapted to different materials, products, and analytical requirements.<\/p>\n<h3>Real-time process control<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Hyperspectral imaging not only enables the detection of visible properties of a product, but simultaneously provides information about its chemical composition and spatial distribution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This makes the HSI\u2122 visa suitable, among other things, for:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>quantitative and qualitative analyses<\/li>\n<li>Detection and removal of foreign objects<\/li>\n<li>Control of homogeneity and distribution of active ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Classification and sorting of materials<\/li>\n<li>Anomaly and defect detection<\/li>\n<li>continuous quality and process control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">With a capture speed of <strong>over 300 lines per second<\/strong> is the system designed for fast industrial processes.
